Two of my photographs won in the DSLR Mediterranean Macro Category the 1st and 2nd prize and this winning gave me great satisfaction because although it was the first year of Acqua 2013 Underwater Art, the organization was excellent, the composition of the jury was without doubt top and numerous generous sponsors allowed Acqua 2013 to be among the richest underwater photography competitions worldwide with nearly 40,000 Euros in prizes.
Congratulations to organization committee and especially to Marcello Di Francesco for his excellent skills in organization and instant communication. I pledge that at 2014 festival I will be in Rome to celebrate with all friends’ underwater photographers. Congratulations to all winners and big thanks to sponsors for their exceptional prizes that accompanied the awards!
ACQUA 2013 - Underwater Art Competition.
I am extremely happy to be among the winners of the 1st International Photographic Competition titled Acqua 2013 Underwater Art Competition, organized by H2O Photo Tribe (Italian Underwater Photographers Community).
The Competition held in Rome with the awards ceremony on April 20 during the 2nd Scuba Show, a circle that was opened just a year ago with the project H2O Photo Tribe and the presentation of the competition.
