Der Pragmaticus

Another publication. This time my controversial photo featured in Der Pragmaticus Magazine in Austria.

Pragmaticus is a project of Red Bull boss Dietrich Mateschitz and it’s a platform on which experts online, in print and on TV are to be given space “aside from daily political debates. Their content is unadulterated to a large extent ‘ to publish”, according to the publisher.

The magazine offers “fact-based information and orientation in a time characterized by excitement journalism, abridgement and exaggeration”.

Unlike the majority of the other Mateschitz magazines, the publisher is not the Red Bull Media House located near Salzburg. Pragmaticus, whose embodiment in the form of a figure with a sharpened fountain pen appears in the logo and on the pages, is published by Pragmaticus Verlag AG in Vienna.

The editor-in-chief is Andreas Schnauder, formerly head of the business department at the daily newspaper Der Standard, and the managing director is Jürgen Moosleithner. As the initiator and publisher of the medium, Prince Michael of Liechtenstein is responsible. Some prominent guest authors are also included, such as former German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel.
