Back from Lembeh Strait N. Sulawesi – January 2010

This place is beyond any expectations!

Only few days since I got back from Lembeh Strait and I have to say that one week of full diving day and night was not enough, even though this place is beyond any expectations!

Lembeh is known as the world capital the “macromecca” – for muck diving and weird critters photo shooting. I had read a lot about the biodiversity there, but seeing these critters live during dive, is priceless.

Photographically the result over crossed my starting goal, which was to find and photograph the main known critters there. Now that I am working with my new collection, just published in  Trips Category, I realize that I photographed more than 80 critters I have never seen before and this is amazing for one single diving trip.

Selecting Lembeh Resort for my vacation was an excellent choice, mainly because of the in door diving center critters@lembeh. I have to give extra credit to all stuff members there and especially to dive guides, not only for their knowledge but also for the warm and positive attitude.

I believe I made some new friends there and I am certainly looking forward to go back for some more muck dream critter dives!
