The second award came from a photo with a tiny jellyfish Pandea conica captured like a bio- rocket traveling in space! This photo took the 3rd place in color macro category.
After a small break on 2013 with no contest, SCUBACAM is back with enriched program and look. The contest held on 16th to 18th of May in Bratislava and the festival was upgraded with SCUBADAYS – a new parallel event with scuba-involved companies, shops, travel agencies, travellers with their breathtaking stories, lecturers giving lectures on various interesting topics. I am very proud to announce that two photographs from my portfolio were awarded in SCUBACAM Festival 2014.
One of my favorite photographs from my 2013 trip to Tiger Beach Bahamas with a shark laid on the white sand with jaws wide open to have his teeth cleaned won the 1st place in Black and White category.
