Shipping and Delivery

Every print is made right here in Thessaloniki / Greece and to order. All prints and print certificates are carefully rolled and packed into a tube and sent insured with signature on delivery.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Withdrawal and Return Policy

Returns are charged by the customer. A prerequisite for returning the product is that it must be done within 14 calendar days and you have the relevant purchase document proving the transaction (eg Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice / Shipping Note, etc.).

Unjustified Consumer Withdrawal (Article 4 § 10 Law 2251/1994, in conjunction with JMZ Z1-891 / 2013)

The special right of the consumer to unjustified withdrawal

Especially if the user / customer is a natural person (ie not a legal entity, even a non-profit) who buys products remotely from the www.underwater-photography.gr online store solely for his own private use and not in the course of his professional activity (hereinafter referred to as “business”). “The consumer”) is entitled to unreasonably withdraw from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive time limit of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the physical possession of the product to the same or to its authorized representative, as provided in condition 15 above, returning the product to its original condition. How to exercise and deadline

The unjustified withdrawal of the consumer from distance selling shall take place by any convenient means and means of his own choosing, which however bears the burden of proving its timely exercise (within the sole 14 calendar days from the acquisition of its physical possession). product as above). It is noted that the calculation of the above 14-day deadline for the exercise of the consumer’s unreasonable withdrawal right shall take into account only the time of submission of the withdrawal declaration, irrespective of the time of receipt by www.underwater-photography.gr

Exceptions to the application of the consumer’s unjustified withdrawal right

Exceptionally, the consumer’s unjustified withdrawal from the distance selling contract does not apply, and the consumer may not return the purchased product without payment in the following cases:

Where the products have been used, their use clearly goes beyond the scope of normal product examination to ascertain the nature, characteristics and function of the product as would occur in a physical store, making the product used. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all money received from you, in any event within 14 calendar days of the date on which we inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract, except for the cost of returning the products that the CLIENT charges.

We will execute the above refund using the same payment instrument that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something different; in any event, you will not be charged any such refund unless means of refunding your money (from what you used in the original transaction) so you will incur any costs of using this different medium from www.underwater-photography.gr which (expenses) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

“We have the right to delay refunds until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.”

You are required to return the Goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the date on which you declare to us that you are waiving this Agreement. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 day period. You will be charged the immediate cost of returning the goods.

Procedure & Ways of Returning Products

Product sending:

You can send us the product by following the procedure below:

First you pack the products in the box where you received your order. In the package, fill in the form of the withdrawal form (doc.) That you received along with the confirmation e-mail of your order and then send the parcel to the address.

Defective products

In case of a defective product contact our Company for replacement. Our Company will replace the product if the requirements of the law are met and the Company’s present conditions are met. In case of return of the product if the consumer expressly wishes to have it replaced, he / she will receive by e-mail a coupon code of equal value for the purchase of another product / s, with which he may place a new order or simply replace the returned product.

Remarks

underwater-photography.gr reserves the right to terminate or modify its return policy by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on its website. In the event of repeated consumer returns, underwater-photography.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept product refunds due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Art. 281 AK).

If this legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for accepting the return of the product are not fulfilled, then this will be reimbursed to the consumer who will bear the costs of packing and shipping.
